Press Release: Cross Country Infrastructure Services expands geography with NV acquisition

Charlotte, NC - There's more than blackjack tables and desert heat in Las Vegas. Cross Country Infrastructure Services ("Cross Country") announces acquisition of Rain2Day, Inc., a Las Vegas-based provider of pump and tank rental equipment and services.

This acquisition expands the geographic footprint for Cross Country. "We are excited about the addition of Rain2Day to the Cross Country family. The acquisition is an important strategic initiative as we continue to grow our North American capabilities by expanding our reach in the Western region. Also, the addition of this outstanding operation will enable us to serve an important market with quality equipment and an experienced staff. We are pleased to welcome Ines Esquivel and the talented Rain2Day team, to Cross Country and look forward to working together to build a first-class equipment rental and supply sales company," noted Gerry Plescia, CEO of Cross Country.

In this transaction, Business Acquisition and Merger Associates acted as buy-side advisor to Cross Country by locating profitable equipment rental companies meeting Cross Country's specific industry and geographic characteristics. Rain2Day fit the bill and BAMA supported the sale process through closing.

Financial terms for the transaction will not be disclosed.
