Charlotte, NC - Business Acquisition and Merger Associates ("BAMA") announces the sale of Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. ("Infratech"), a municipal and industrial services provider, to Hydro-Klean, a portfolio investment of Summit Equity Group, LLC.

BAMA acted as an advisor to Infratech. Financial terms for the transaction will not be disclosed.
