Business Acquisition and Merger Associates ("BAMA") is pleased to announce Apex Packaging, LLC ("Apex"), a wholesale distributor of industrial packaging materials, has sold select assets to Southeastern Paper Group, Inc. ("Southeastern"), headquartered in Spartanburg, SC.

BAMA acted as an advisor to Apex. Terms for the transaction will not be disclosed.
