Charlotte, NC - Business Acquisition and Merger Associates ("BAMA") advises HTI Technology ("HTI") on their latest acquisition of Klauber Machine & Gear ("KMG"). This acquisition combines HTI's strengths in customized motor and motion control solutions with the gearing expertise of KMG. This transaction falls on the heels of HTI's recent acquisition of American Control Electronics (Sept. 2015).

Klauber will continue to operate out of their Pacific, MO facility and Frank Parker will join HTI as both a board member and shareholder. The Company continues to place an emphasis on expanding their solutions base through continued product development and strategic acquisitions.
BAMA acted as advisor to HTI by sourcing both the KMG and ACE acquisitions and supporting transaction activities. RFE Investment Partners and Prisma Group provided capital for the acquisitions.
