Charlotte, NC - Business Acquisition & Merger Associates ("BAMA") announces the sale of substantially all of the assets of Weaver and Sons, Inc., ("Weaver"), a precision metal components fabricator, to OMCO Holdings, Inc. ("OMCO"), a nationwide roll-forming and metal fabrication company.

BAMA acted as advisor to Weaver & Sons during the transaction. Financial terms will not be disclosed.
