ASA retained BAMA as their exclusive buy-side advisor to uncover proprietary opportunities in the personal protection equipment market that complement ASA’s core product mix, also seeking to leverage their experience in sales, marketing, and operations management to acquire and grow a business. BAMA acted as advisor to ASA by uncovering qualified, not-on-the-market targets, supporting the negotiation of terms, and driving the diligence process through closing. Financial terms will not be disclosed at this time.
