Our client seeks a platform partnership from which to build a national electrical grid testing, repair and maintenance firm. Ideal candidates will have strong management teams and generate between $25M and $200M of revenues. Smaller companies will be excellent future partnerships for the initial platform. This endeavor creates an excellent opportunity to expand ownership to key managers and allow current shareholders to take a lot or a little capital off the table today.
