Matthew bradbury

Matthew Bradbury

Managing Director — The Rainmaker

As Founder and Managing Director of BAMA, Matt brings over 30 years experience supporting buy-side and sell-side engagements. When he’s not traveling the globe meeting clients or overseeing transaction activities, he’s in the Charlotte office driving business development and supporting client engagements. Matt brings strong experience in a variety of industries including for-profit education, health and fitness, industrial service, motor product, environmental service and various distribution and manufacturing companies.

Prior to founding BAMA, Matt spent 17 years in the fitness industry. Fifteen of those with The Fitness Company where he supported in-house acquisitions and held a variety of leadership roles. When he’s not closing transactions, or meeting strangers (new friends) at various conferences, Matt can be found on the tennis court, playing lion with his six grandkids, tickling the ivories to Elton John or Billy Joel or chasing the red-tail hawks from his prized koi pond. He resides in Charlotte with his college sweetheart and wife of more than 35 years. And he’s a proud “drinker of the Kool-Aid” at Elevation Church.
